Brief Introduction of Stone Production Line Stone production line / stone crushing line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, Impact crusher, vibrating screen, electronic control and belt conveyors, etc. It fully reflects the design of the scientific, veracity, rationality, effectiveness, and applicability. Brief Process Flow of Stone Production Line Step One-Crushing: Raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. Step Two-Screening: Products from step 1 will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush. 3.
